★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que atiende es muy amable...mi lona quedó muy bien...pero sería mejor la comunicación por Whatsapp, ya que por correo, hay que enviar el documento y hablarles por teléfono, transferir y hablarles por teléfono, cualquier cosa y hablarles por teléfono.
Definitivamente deben hacer más eficiente su proceso electrónico.
Físicamente me tocó esperar como 30 minutos, por que solo había una persona atendiendo, creo que es mucho tiempo.
En fin, tienen varias áreas de oportunidad para crecer!
