★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy bonito y limpio, excelente mantenimiento de los baños y regaderas, la vista a la laguna es maravillosa, me encantó. Lo único malo es que cobran una altísima comisión por pago con tarjeta (19% sobre el total) y solo sugerir que inviten a los huéspedes a tomar un baño antes de usar a la cama.
A very nice and clean place, excellent maintenance of the bathrooms and showers, the view of the lagoon is wonderful, I loved it. The only bad thing is that they charge a very high commission for card payment (19% of the total) and only suggest that they invite guests to take a bath before using the bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Javier the guy at te phone provides lame low level service. Called twice and both times couldn’t helped me delegating responsibilities to a person who I couldn’t talk either cause according to Javier he was to busy to clarify some doubts and take a reservation.
Wow!!!
That’s what happens when owners just hire to fill up the gaps. Have to say that working class people have no knowledge or ignorant basically when it comes to providing high quality service in all levels of such a prolific industry.
