★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best sushi in town!! The rice is amazing, has great texture. They have a “water of the day” which is pretty good combination. Now, let’s talk about the sushi’s. I haven’t tried a flavor fusion as good as these. I had to order way more to go just to taste all the variations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maui Sushi Bar was not only one of the best tasting sushi joints I’ve ever been to but also the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our waiters Ernesto and Emmanuel were extremely attentive to anything we needed, our refills came without us having to ask. Did I mention the food was AMAZING? The female who I believe is the manager was also great, she recommended a few dishes and they did not disappoint, it was like a glazed salmon with noodles, best we’ve ever had. We came to this place 2 nights in a row, it was that good. Thanks again Mahi Sushi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a guest at the hotel and just needed something quick to eat and stopped by to get sushi. Emanuel and his team were fantastic. Service was quick and the food was so good! Was very pleased with the quality of the sushi and the service. Would definitely come back for more!
