Lo trajeron caminando? Porque no me han avisado que ya esté en México.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es súper IRRESPONSABLE que NINGUNO de los empleados traiga cubrebocas y que solo lo usen (en el mejor de los casos) cuando alguien entra a la sucursal. PERO me tocó presenciar una llamada en altavoz por parte de uno de los empleados en la cual GRITABA (porque estaba en altavoz) pero no traía cubrebocas sin importar las personas que estábamos en la sucursal. Después de dos años, aún no entienden que es una MEDIDA DE PROTECCIÓN Y PREVENCIÓN ante los aerosoles de una persona con síntomas o portadora.

BUT I had to witness a loudspeaker call from one of the employees in which he SHOUTED (because he was on loudspeaker) but did not have a mask regardless of the people who were in the branch. Shipped from Miami to Puerto Vallarta Mexico; the package took two weeks and I never received any of the four emails that they advertised you should receive and when I happened to be in the area and stopped by to see if it had arrived yet I was told they had it, they showed me the box that was all beat up and had been opened and then told me it was $364,00 USA DOLLARS ($200.00 more than the estimate) for the ground shipping. I didn't have that much cash with me so I couldn't pick it up at that time. How does it cost that much to ground ship a package to a neighboring country about a total of 1,500 miles. An airline ticket between these two cities is under $300.00. The really strange thing about the cost is the fact that when I asked the clerk to break down the costs for me, he wasn't able to, how much for shipping, tax, ect. Due to the virus i had to leave Mexico and hope to return shortly and get my package.
