I bought mesh and they did not know how to measure, they wasted material and in the installation they did what they wanted, they promised to return and nothing! Terrible service, but good material and reasonable price, the truth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN DE LAS EMPLEADAS. mando correos para cotización y no hay respuesta, hablo por linea telefónica DICIENDO QUE ME TRANSFERIRAN CON UNA VENDEDORA y me cortan la llamada vuelvo hablar y me dicen que la vendedora esta ocupada y que mejor mande un correo.
LOOSE ATTENTION OF THE EMPLOYEES. command post to quote and no response, I speak by phone line saying I transferred with a saleswoman and I cut the call I talk back and tell me that the seller is busy and better send an email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nueva política "Por este medio le comunico que a partir del día 10. Octubre.2019 se realizaran los embarques 2 días hábiles después del pago si el material es estándar". Primero se cambian las entregas a un lugar más lejos y retirado y los pago en otro lugar, se tardan mucho en entregar los materiales cuando uno va por ellos. Y cuando solicitan el envío de material llegan muy tarde e incluso cuando ya no es hora de recibir material quieren entregar. Están perdiendo la atención al cliente. Todavía garantizará la entrega con estas políticas pero ni a sí lo van hacer.
New policy "I hereby inform you that starting on October 10. October 2019 shipments will be made 2 business days after payment if the material is standard." First the deliveries are changed to a place farther away and withdrawn and the payments in another place, it takes a long time to deliver the materials when one goes by them. And when they request the shipment of material they arrive very late and even when it is no longer time to receive material they want to deliver. They are losing customer service. It will still guarantee delivery with these policies but they won't do it.
