★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí porque gané un giveaway de un tratamiento que se llama "Cóctel Divines" y la verdad quedé fascina con el resultado, el cabello queda sedeso y con un brillo increíble aparte con un olor delicioso que a pesar de que te laves tu cabello te dura 3 días, además de que todas son muy atentas; súper recomendable, sin duda regresaré y no sólo por ese tratamiento.
I went because I won a giveaway of a treatment called "Divines Cocktail" and the truth is I was fascinated with the result, the hair remains silky and with an incredible shine apart with a delicious smell that even though you wash your hair lasts for you 3 days, besides that they are all very attentive; highly recommended, I will definitely return and not just for that treatment.

I just had my first visit but I did not love it, they left my highlights with different shades and I did not feel so well received by the staff.

He ido a este lugar desde hace 5 años, lo había recomendado a familiares y amigas, pero YA NO LO RECOMIENDO NADA. Es la segunda vez que me atienden PÉSIMO.
La primera vez, me estaban lavando el pelo, me entró un químico al ojo, les comenté que me ardió y ni siquiera me pidieron una disculpa, la persona que me atendió me dijo: no tiene sulfato… y se tardó en traerme una toalla para limpiarme el ojo.
En esta última ocasión, hice cita para corte y tratamiento a las 12:00pm… llegué y me dijeron: toma asiento ahorita te pasamos, me senté, dieron las 12:22pm y nadie me atendió, ni me dijeron nada. Le digo a la persona de recepción que me voy a ir porque tengo otras citas en el día y me dice: “no es que ahorita ya en 5-10 minutos te pasamos” le contesté que mi cita era a las 12:00pm no 12:30pm.
De verdad no vayan… hay muchos mejores salones de belleza con mejor trato al cliente, servicio, calidad y precio.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
I have been going to this place for 5 years, I had recommended it to family and friends, but I NO LONGER RECOMMEND IT. It is the second time that they treat me AWFUL.
The first time, they were washing my hair, a chemical got into my eye, I told them that it burned me and they didn't even ask me for an apology, the person who attended me told me: it doesn't have sulfate... and it took a while to bring me a towel to wipe my eye
On this last occasion, I made an appointment for a cut and treatment at 12:00 pm... I arrived and they told me: have a seat, we'll pass you right now, I sat down, it was 12:22 pm and no one attended me, nor did they tell me anything. I tell the person at the reception that I am going to leave because I have other appointments that day and he tells me: “it is not that right now we will pass you by in 5-10 minutes” I replied that my appointment was at 12:00 pm no 12 :30pm.
Really don't go… there are many better beauty salons with better customer service, quality and price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is beautifully maintained, excellent service and staff.. it is on the higher side of the pricing scale but worth it for occasional treatments. I had a Brazilian keratin treatment and a haircut, it lasted for about 3-4 months with minimal attention. Gracias.
