★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antes que nada quiero aclarar que la atención que recibí desde el inicio no fue nada grosera y en general son amables, pero.. su problema es el servicio que brindan, me atendieron al mismo tiempo que otra persona y mi estilista estaba entre las dos, fui por Baby lights y al inicio todo se veía súper bien pero la realidad es que mi cabello quedó echo un desastre, no me lo enjuagaron bien y llegue a mi casa con plastas de producto en la región de la nuca; al momento de lavarlo era chicle y se me caía a pedazos, intenté remediarlo con diferentes productos entre esos Olaplex pero ya no había solución, tuve que cortar 15 cm de mi cabello; por lo que terminé gastando demasiado dinero por un mal trabajo; deben mejorar esa parte en su personal y atención al cliente, no agenden a dos personas al mismo tiempo ya que no le ponen suficiente atención al trabajo que están realizando, desgraciadamente no regresaría con ustedes después de esta experiencia.
First of all I want to clarify that the attention I received from the beginning was not rude and in general they are friendly, but ... their problem is the service they provide, they treated me at the same time as another person and my stylist was between them, I went for Baby lights and at the beginning everything looked super good but the reality is that my hair was a mess, they did not rinse it well and I arrived at my house with product pastes in the nape region; When I washed it, it was chewing gum and it fell to pieces, I tried to remedy it with different products among those Olaplexes but there was no solution, I had to cut 15 cm of my hair; so I ended up spending too much money for a bad job; You must improve that part in your staff and customer service, do not schedule two people at the same time since they do not pay enough attention to the work they are doing, unfortunately I would not return with you after this experience.
