Mande a enmarcar un cuadro, que me salio muy caro, y lo tuve que regresar, la primera vez porque el marco estaba rayado, la segunda vez porque no estaba bien agustado el marco con el cristal, y ni asi me lo dejaron bien. Decidi ir a otro lugar a que me arreglaran lo que no supieron hacer. Y ni hablar del personal que no sabe decir buenas tardes y son groseros. Es la clase de lugar que parece que les vale el cliente. Hace unas semanas, finales de enero 2021, acudí a la Sucursal Plaza Fiesta, lleve dos cuadros para ver si podían repararlos en virtud que en en cada cuadro de grandes dimensiones, en una de sus esquinas estaba rota producto de una caída. El empleado que me atendió, uno delgado como de 1.60 mts, me dijo que no se hacen esos trabajos ahí. Me lo dijo de una maneramuy superficial y se dio la vuelta para otra cosa. Le dije muchas gracias y me retiré. Fui a otro lugar que está en una esquina del Parque de Itzimná y ahí la atención fue muy personal, muy cordial, me dijeron lo mismo pero me sugirieron que hacer para dejar los cuadros como nuevos. Me costaron los dos con nuevos marcos me costaron 1,900.00, y el resultado fue muy muy excelente calidad. He acudido ahí mismo en Itzimná, en dos ocasiones más a llevar otros fotos para enmarcado. Y gastado otros 3,800.00 El punto es que, no sé si será quizá mucho o poco lo invertido en los cuadros, pero ese recurso hubiera podido quedarse en la empresa Cuadros Selectos si hubiera habido una buena atención por parte de su personal Perdieron un cliente.
