★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area had a lots of security, we felt safe, all the amenities were very clean and the pool is very impressive. We seemed to find a dead end looking to enter to the apartment the first time, lack of communication was the issue. Everything was going great until the water in the shower wasn't draining, one of the sinks in the master, and the faucet head was clogged. The host fixed the shower issue until the following day and after that issue - the room had a very strong smell! During our last night the A/C went out and didn't get fixed which caused a (NIGHTMARE) check out day, also the water pressure was very low. The pressure was on when it was time to leave. Our contact Claudia would not answer her phone when issues would arise. She would only answer by text message. I will never came back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just find somewhere else to stay. The place is beautiful. But the staff in REAL ESTATE is rude and unhelpful, specially Vanessa. The worst customer service experience you can have. Also the maid stole my wife's handbag and no one would step in to investigate the incident. AVOID. There are better places in Playa del Carmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole place is beautiful, condos look great and were bigger than we expected, plus the private beach is very clean and quiet! Ours had everything we needed from laundry room and kitchen utensils and were super clean. The complex has about 2 large pools, a bar and a quite good pool-front restaurant; and it's only 5 minutes away from Playa del Carmen.
