s	sharon hayes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment but too noisy . Dogs barking all night long , there must have been 10 dogs barking throughout the night . Had booked for a month but found after 2 nights it to be unbearable , so left and found a quieter apartment . Also our room was that opposite reception and the door was so thin you could here every conversation , so not ideal if u wanted any peace. A shame as the dogs were out o the control of the apartment so not really anything they could control.

The shower didn’t work for the first night and was running cold, someone came to fix in the morning but the shower had consistent temperature changes from hot to cold. The second night the shower took 15 minutes to go from cold to warm and again had the same fluctuation issues. Television was not connected to WIFI nor was able to use Netflix or anything else on it. Air conditioning good, wifi is good. Fridge, blender and coffee maker good. Lovely rooftop view, massive bed but uncomfortable, good stay but would only come again if issues was solved with shower.
j	jorge meraz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great place in playa del carmen , walking distance to the beach, fifth avenue, taco places down town feeling ,free access at the beach club , very clean and spacious condo, the staff warm and attentive, the roof top is nice view for dawn.. the price is affordable secure, wifi included our experience was great we will come back guys !!!
D	Danny Herman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly a nightmare of an experience for my girlfriend who stayed here while I was away. She rented for a month and had to leave after a few days. There was mold growing on the sheets on the bed in the first room. The second room had no lock on the adjoining room and was incredibly loud. The walls are paper thin. The landlord then got aggressive and predatory with her. Completely unacceptable; may be reporting.
g	gill masefield on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go. The apartment stinks, it clearly has a drain issue. There is no wardrobe or drawers so our clothes are on the floor. We asked for something to put them on but didn't get anything. The light in the bathroom comes on automatically, so when you go for a wee in the night it wakes everyone up. There are barely any kitchen utensils, not even scissors or chopping board. The list goes on. The only reason it got 2 stars is because the pool area is nice
a	andrew west on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want somewhere to stay for more then a couple of nights this isn’t the place. It has a lovely pool area but the rooms are really inadequate. Most have no storage for clothes and you are expected to leave them in your bags or on the floor. The blinds don’t shut properly and lights streams in all night from outside or from the corridors where the lights are on full. They have minimal facilities for cooking and cleaning. The location is good but expect a lot of noise often music playing till 3-4am. We suffered with an awful smell and eventually had to change apartments. They need to do a lot of improving to these to make them a long term place to stay

Great location very near the hot spots, but not so close as to be bothered by the partiers all the time. The rooms are nice, and the patios are amazing! Rooftop pool is beautiful! I honestly can't say enough about how great the management is. They went above and beyond to treat us very well and do everything with the utmost integrity and hospitality.
