G	Gerson Goyheneche on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómodos departamentos, muy tranquilo el sector, para caminar casi a cualquier hora, mucho silencio en el condominio, piscina a disposición, en cuanto a mobiliario, si les faltan algunas cosas, pero detalles, hervidor para el agua para quienes no toman café, jabonera, un bidón de agua para tener agua para consumo, en otros departamentos tenían dispensador y bidón, acá debes comprar el bidón de agua en el supermercado, si quieres cocinar o beber agua... pero detalles, el resto muy confortable, se paga el aire acondicionado, en nuestro caso en febrero no era necesario pues cuenta con ventilador de techo que te sirve igualmente, al anfitrión siempre atento a todas las consultas, realmente sirve para descansar tienes supermercados por todos lados, restorán a buen precio, lavandería, plaza las perlas a 5 minutos caminando para quienes toman tour xcaret, casa de cambio en la esquina, taxis en la misma esquina de la casa de cambio a 2 minutos caminando Comfortable apartments, very quiet area, to walk almost at any time, very quiet in the condominium, swimming pool available, in terms of furniture, if they lack some things, but details, kettle for water for those who do not drink coffee, soap dish , a water bottle to have water for consumption, in other departments they had a dispenser and a bottle, here you have to buy the water bottle in the supermarket, if you want to cook or drink water... but details, the rest very comfortable, you pay the air conditioning, in our case in February it was not necessary because it has a ceiling fan that also works for you, the host is always attentive to all questions, it really helps to rest you have supermarkets everywhere, restaurants at a good price, laundry, plaza las pearls 5 minutes walking for those who take tour xcaret, exchange house on the corner, taxis on the same corner of the exchange house 2 minutes walking

Tener en cuenta que hay que llevar shampoo, jabón (hay solo jabón liquido) y si quieres cocinar deberías comprar todo (sal, aceite, etc). Escasos cubiertos, no fue un problema para nosotros porque éramos solo 3 personas, pero en caso de ser más hay que comprar descartables en el supermercado. Hay un supermercado enorme que tiene desde alimentos hasta ropa a una cuadra, lo cual es fantástico! Excellent place to be close to everything and make tours throughout the archaeological zone and cenotes. Keep in mind that you have to bring shampoo, soap (there is only liquid soap) and if you want to cook you should buy everything (salt, oil, etc). Scarce cutlery, it was not a problem for us because we were only 3 people, but in case of being more you have to buy disposable ones in the supermarket. El apartamento que renté cumplió con mis expectativas. El punto en contra es porque me hubiese gustado un poco más de privacidad! Igualmente lo recomiendo! Comfortable, safe, clean, very good value for money. Excellent location, close to everything and away from noise. The apartment I rented met my expectations. The downside is because I would have liked a little more privacy! I also recommend it!

M	Maxime Ver Elst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wanted to stay here and arrived at 1 pm. When we arrived, we saw that we got an email at noon saying there is a plumbing issue. There is NO reception and when we called their contact person, they did not pick up. We called 3 times without response. The security guard then called for us and immediately got a response. Long story short, they provided us with another option for the same price. However, this option was clearly worth less. I'm sad about the lack of (timely) communication and how rude the contract person was.
