★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de la señorita Jessica después de que el material tardó 3 meses en llegar .. al no dar fecha exacta de entrega quería que recibieran en días festivos cuando la gente no está disponible, agregando que si el piso llegaba roto era responsabilidad del cliente. Tomando en cuenta que el cliente tenía covid y no podía recibirlo .. cero comprensión y empatía para con sus clientes.
Terrible attention from Miss Jessica after the material took 3 months to arrive .. by not giving an exact delivery date, I wanted them to receive on holidays when people are not available, adding that if the floor arrived broken it was the responsibility of the client. Taking into account that the client had covid and could not receive it ... zero understanding and empathy for their clients.
