Las o los gerentes siempre están de malas y aunque la cola esté larga no quieren atender como si les cayera las manos. Siempre que cobran tus productos te redondean sin consultar al cliente. A place maybe well stocked with all the merchandise in the cellar. The service of the boxes is terrible. Managers are always in bad shape and although the line is long they don't want to attend as if their hands fall. Whenever they charge your products they round you without consulting the customer.

B	Belem Estrada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un altercado con una cajera, compré alimento para perro y en la etiqueta del producto de la tiendo tiene un precio y me lo cobraron a otro más alto,le hize saber a la cajera y se puso muy déspota a decirme que no es su área,que no es su problema y nimodo. Le dije entonces que haría mi devolución y todavía me respondió super grosera que como quiera que a ver si me la hacían por qué necesita estar la gerenta y no está. Y que ella no va a resolverme nada por qué no es su área y al resolver que me devuelvan ella lo tendría que poner de su bolsa y no lo va a hacer. Nunca me ofreció una disculpa o quiso solucionar el problema. Solo se porto grosera y altanera. Deben cacacitar bien a sus empleados por que deben saber tratar a los clientes y RESPETAR. Y claramente deben saber solucionar porblemas de ese tipo y no solo contestar que no es su área. I had an altercation with a cashier, I bought dog food and on the label of the product from the store it has a price and they charged me a higher price, I let the cashier know and she was very despotic to tell me that it is not her area ,which is not your problem and nimodo. I told him then that I would make my return and he still replied super rudely that anyway, let's see if they would do it for me why does the manager need to be there and she is not. And that she is not going to solve anything for me because it is not her area and when she decides that they return it to me, she would have to put it out of her bag and she is not going to do it. He never offered me an apology or wanted to fix the problem. She was just being rude and haughty. They must train their employees well because they must know how to treat customers and RESPECT. And clearly they must know how to solve problems of this type and not only answer that it is not their area.
