Es una de las casas mas popular del fraccionamiento cuenta con 4 recamaras tiene vista al mar 100% natural tiene su propio espacio privado para bajar hacia la playa..

Could be a very nice house in a great location. However the house is worn. The water pressure and heat are terrible. "Worst shower ever.". Hot tub doesn't work, and the pool filter doesn't work. I don't mean to sound critical, but this is an expensive house, and we expected more.

Wonderful place to stay at Playa del Carmen. The chef Juliana did a great job with preparing food for 9 people. The fruit and breakfast were the best. Marbella the house keeper did a great job daily to keep the place clean. She also washed some of our clothes. The chef and house keeper show up at 9am. The house keeper takes Sundays off. The chef takes one day off during the week. Masha the concierge was very responsive via whatsup app. There will be a lot of seaweed. So be prepared for that. The hotel next door cleans there side daily. So we would go to that side to enjoy the beach. There are jet skies next door at the hotel that you can rent $75 for doubles and $65 for singles. Also the skydivers landed right in front of the house so it is really neat to see. The Hotel next door party's down Thursday thru Sunday with great music until 10 pm and sometimes to 12am if there is a wedding . Which we enjoyed on our back patio, dancing the night away. There is a tent on the other side of the house that has three masseuse that cater to anyone on the beach which charge $80 for an hour. It is about a mile walk from the home to the shops and restaurants. Parking is terrible outside the villa. Inside the villa you have a small parking area. Also there are parking cones to help prevent people parking in front of the house. A bunch of bikes and mopeds park next door by the hotel side the house . Which are employees of the hotel. We had a great time at this wonderful home. We highly recommend this home.
