★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outrageous prices as is everything at terminal 4 in Cancun. Prices for everything are higher than other major airports such as London and Toronto. Almost $5 US for a small bottle of water.
Food was surprisingly decent and service was fine.
Thankfully I have no reason or wish to fly out of this airport again :)

Order wrong.
Eggs Burt.
Bread stale.
Staff not to be found, not available at table but over 15 working and standing talking by bar.
Mismanaged and not worth the $1,500 pesos for a preflight breakfast. Starbucks is right around the corner… go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn't do breakfast which is unfortunate. We have a Cuban sandwich and the beach sandwich. My fries were ice cold but they were quick to bring out fresh, hot fries once informed of the issue. The sandwiches were OK, not bad, nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The servers here were extremely nice and attentive. The man making the guacamole was able to inform me about the gluten free options on the menu. Although there are few, the guacamole and ceviche he made was very very good! The drinks were great also. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hours say that they are open 24 hours a day yet they are not open when we got here at 7am. They need to update their hours. As you can see in the picture, definitely not open. It’s a long walk to the last gate in the terminal just to turn around.

Overpriced and bad food. Overpriced is expected in all airports,but the quality in their food was really really bad, the worst meal I have had in an airport.
I had the California omelette, which had no real flavor in it. Also had a mimosa, it was really bad .
The presentation is very poor, for the price they charge you'd expect better cutlery and plates.
