★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent! We arrived about 2.5 hours early took about 25 mins to get through the check in line. Had someone helping us with our luggage the entire time which was so helpful, did our covid screenings and questionaires then went through security, ate some food (too expensive btw just eat before you get there) and are now waiting at our gate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can, avoid this airport!! When we arrived, we waited for more than 40 minutes for our luggage. On departure, three hours before 10 hour flight, we weren’t able to put our luggage away. As we had business flight we waited in the same line as people without business flight, which took us about 30 minutes… Besides that, this airport wasn’t very clean. Don’t recommend to anybody!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, organized, and pretty quick considering how many people travel through here. Gets a little crowded at times so we use the Mera business lounge to chill out before the flight.
Covid testing available by the furthest left entry door for check in (departures) by a convenience store.
Be sure to check screens for the departure gates. The gates change often and they don’t make overhead announcements.
Shopping is pretty good, some things can be found for cheaper here than touristy area shops. Duty free store is legit too, properly setting you up with the sealed bags and receipts if you have a connecting flight. We like to get a burger or fish & chips from the Wolfgang Puck restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly functional terminal. There is a free shuttle connecting all terminals. It arrives/departs every 30 mins. Avoid unlicensed people offering taxi transfers. My KLM flight to Amsterdam did not specified the terminal. I went to terminal 3 but it actually departed from terminal 4. Once there, security check was expedite. Lots of duty free shops, cafes and restaurants. Convenient recharging stations are distributed along the different gates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an ok terminal, but it is missing a water fountain to fill up your water bottle. Bathrooms are mostly clean. It has lab for rapid COVID test. Try to register for it before you go get tested but walk-ins are ok. If you want a malt I would recommend Guacamole on the first floor of departures. Really good banana chocolate malt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing true special, normal security check. Just fill out or register via QR code and confirm that you have no symptoms. Quick and easy check through security.
Then nowadays traditional walk through a mall like area with high end brands, duty free shopping, eateries right behind it and then a bar and then finally your gates. Easy direction, no fuzz simple signage and small strip mal like shopping for gifts, essentials, charging cables, sun glasses, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even on a busy holiday weekend as Memorial Day, we only encountered heavy traffic from Moon Palace into the terminal.
Once I entered the terminal, I made it to jetblue and was checked in about 5 mins. The Frontier line...that was a different story.
Off to security I go.
And you need a mask in the terminal as you approach security. The lady in security reminded me.
