M	MiMi Inda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no me hospedaria de nuevo ahí, aparte de que nos entregaron 45 minutos tarde las habitaciones desde que llegamos no estaban completamente limpias, no tienen todo lo necesario en la cocina (cubiertos, platos etc), de las 4 habitaciones que rentamos 1 no tenía 1 lavabo, la mesa de comedor super floja y muy deteriorada las sillas solo 4 podían usarse, en otra de las habitaciones solo había 1 silla y 1 banca, las camas solo cuentan con 2 sábanas los sofá camas de todas las habitaciones estaban sucios, hacía falta almohadas que no pudieron llevar porque no tenían y nos llevaron cojines de los sofá, cuentan con poco personal de limpieza, en el área de alberca solo 1 mesa y 2 sillas 1 con una pata quebrada, 1 de las pantallas de la habitación estaba quebrada y solo se veía la mitad y nunca la cambiaron, la señal es local para la TV solo puedes ver 2 canales jajajja, el wifi no es algo que sirva I would definitely not stay there again, apart from the fact that they delivered us 45 minutes late, the rooms since we arrived were not completely clean, they do not have everything you need in the kitchen (cutlery, plates etc), of the 4 rooms that we rented 1 did not have 1 sink, the dining table was super loose and very deteriorated, only 4 chairs could be used, in another of the rooms there was only 1 chair and 1 bench, the beds only had 2 sheets, the sofa beds in all the rooms were dirty, it made They lack pillows that they could not take because they did not have them and they took us cushions from the sofas, they have few cleaning staff, in the pool area only 1 table and 2 chairs, 1 with a broken leg, 1 of the screens in the room was broken and only half was seen and they never changed it, the signal is local for TV you can only see 2 channels hahaha, wifi is not something that works
O	Ocsis Olguin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar bastante centrico, esta justo a lado de la Marina Mazatlan y esta a la mitad entre zona dorada y el malecon, por lo que moverte es basatante fácil. Lamentablemente las habitaciones estan un poco sucias y descuidadas. Yo recomiendo que si van a este lugar lleven ropa de cama suya (cobijas, sabanas, etc) por que la verdad si estan muy sucias. Los cuartos tienen para que hagas de comer pero carecen de utensilios, asi que igualmente si quisieran ahorrar un poco lleven cosas para cocinar. Llegamos aquí por recomendación de un amigo, reservamos dos habitaciones, de las cuales una estaba sucia, basura en el piso, uno de los baños sin un lava manos, la otra con huellas de pisadas por todo el piso, cabello largo embarrado en el piso, ambas habitaciones al llegar estaban abiertas, solo nos dieron una llave por habitación y si sales no hay manera de poner un seguro, forzosamente debes cerrar con llave, de lo contrario queda abierto, ahora imagínate que se quede alguien durmiendo y ni se entere que se meta alguien ajeno a la habitación. Las manijas de las habitaciones no tienen seguro por dentro, quedan abiertas. La chica de recepción tuvo que dejar sus actividades para ir a hacer el aseo Awful! Acabamos de pasar nuestro fin de semana ahi, y desde que llegamos la alberca sucia, ademas de que es sorprendentemente pequeña, no como se ve en las fotos. tampoco habia toallas, pedimos y nos dijeron que no tenían, despues volvimos a pedir y nos dieron unas pequeñas para las manos, lo mismo con sabanas, pedimos sabanas y mantas y NADAA. ademas la regadera de nuestro cuarto le faltaba una puerta de vidrio, era imposible bañarse por que se hacía un tiradero de agua por todo el baño. Eso sin mencionar de que nos hicieron un cambio días antes de nuestra llegada, cuando ya habia quedado con mucho tiempo de anticipación. DEPLORABLE servicio para el ridículo precio que tuvimos que pagar. No les pondría ninguna estrella si pudiera, pero lo unico que puedo decir es que sus camas son muy comodas. Pero en servio y experiencia pues.... With all due respect...what AWFUL service. The refrigerator was very dirty (outside and inside including the kitchen. The restroom was with dead cockroachs and web spiders. The pool was very dirty too. At the end, I will not come back. Vacations are for relax and these guys got me stressed and my wife too.
Y	Yz Yz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this hotel!!!! It’s easily one of the worst hotels in Mazatlan. The ceiling light literally fell off in the restroom. The washer and dryer did not work at all. The dining room table and chairs were falling apart. The beds were the worst quality I have ever had experienced. The pool and jacuzzi were filthy and didn’t even work. Not only that, but it is horrible for kids. There was glass around the pool and my kid got cut INSIDE the pool because the tile is broken/cracked. Worst of all, we were infested with ants and cockroaches. These people are nothing but crooks.
