Marko's Parrotfish Dive Center - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

I can't say enough good things about this place. They were simply amazing from start to finish. My wife and I decided we wanted to go snorkeling the next day in Cozumel on a Friday night at 8pm. I tried through my hotel and they said everyone is sold out for the next day. We found Markos dive center on Facebook and sent a FB message. Sergio responded with-in minutes and I asked to call him. He speaks fluent english! He said it's no problem for the late call and said he would get us all set up for the next day. He answered all of our questions. Sergio was extremely nice and caring. He made sure we felt comfortable and said he would arrange everything for us. The next morning Sergio called me to make sure we were still coming. We met Sergio at the Dive shop where he got us a free taxi ride to the marina. Upon arriving at the marina he introduced us to the dive master and one other couple who was going with us. The other couple were diving and we were snorkeling. After introductions we left on the huge boat with a deck on top. We felt like the trip was personalized just for us! The views were amazing! It was our first time snorkeling and the dive master made sure we were comfortable and assured us we were in good hands. We stopped at the first locations and saw tons of fish and coral. Then we cruised to a calm shallow area and had lunch followed by snorkeling in the shallow water with dozens of starfish everywhere. The third stop was a bit deeper water where we saw stingrays, turtles, and lots of fish. After returning to the marina we caught a taxi back to the dive shop where met up with Sergio again. We shared our expierence with him and thanked him for everything he did for us and making sure we had an amazing first expierence. We shared some laughs and he gave us some info for dinner. Overall, this was an amazing expierence that my wife and I will remember for a lifetime. We will return to Markos again and make sure we see Sergio. Thank you again Sergio!!!
