★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you expect awesome food, puff lounges with loud music for 70-120 usd/person, that is not the place. We parked our car free right above the paradise beach, got 2 basic loungers + 1 umbrella from Santa Fe for 300 mxn (total) for the whole day (no hour limitations like other beach clubs!!!), ate in a cool nearby restaurant (Pancho Villa, 10 min walk) and used their WC (because Santa Fe charges 10 mxn for wc), and we had a happy beach day. Clear value, no fuzz, no pushy food consumption against outrageous entry prices to enter the same sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beach is okay. But... They tried to scam us: They sold us water for 40 peso (the server decided to add 10 to pocket himself), an hour later they insisted we order a large amount of food or they would kick us off the beach. They brought us the menu and I saw that the real price of water was 30 peso. I refused to order as I don't deal with scammers. Another server gave me my 10 peso back instinctively and kicked us off the beach. Terrible experience! Never return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this spot!!! The free parking lot that is displayed on Google maps has been taken over by this group who are clearly out to just get your money. You can park for free along the road and just walk a little ways down to the beach. They've got old loungers and you'll be hassled by all sorts. They'll try to make you pay for every little thing, including bathrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really chill vibes and the employees are very friendly. We spent several hours there on many occasions, enjoyed the beach and were able to relax without anyone bothering us. the bad reviews don’t make sense
Sante Fe employees are awesome, they helped us with a bathroom pass so we didn’t have to pay. Thank you! We will be back again
Parking is a little difficult on the weekends in this part of Tulum but it’s free if you can find a spot.
Pro tip: Remember to lock your car and do not leave anything in plain sight as it is at risk for getting stolen. Keep it in the trunk or with you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam scam scam!!! All the good reviews are their employees and not real! I spent over 2,000 pesos on a small lunch after paying 200 pesos for parking! The food was ok at best. The drinks were horrible. And then tried to use the bathroom on the way out and they tried to make me pay to use the bathroom! I finally had a enough and refused. Worst place I've ever been to in Mexico!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible. We ordered calamari and it came with a really thick batter and was overcooked, so hard and no taste.
All of the main meals came with mashed potato, rice, and vegetables, all of which were cold, not fresh, and no flavour. The vegetables were brocolli and carrots that seemed like those that come frozen in bags. They were soggy and so bad. The potatoes were greasy like probably more margarine than actual potatoes. The fish was acceptable but plain and not something I would order again.
So disappointing. So gross. I didn't eat at very many places in Tulum but any business owner who takes pride in what they do would do better than Santa Fe.
The service was ok, nothing exceptional but no complaints either.
The view of the beach was very nice. The only good thing about the place. There are tons of other options on the same beach though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not understanding all of the bad reviews.
We have spent almost if not everyday at this part of the beach!
Service always fantastic!
Prices very reasonable!
Gamaliel has been the best host.
Parking is easy. Beach is very clean for how busy it is. You can also walk to the ruins from this area easily.
We can’t wait to visit this area again!
We have nothing but love for this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We parked at this beach for roughly $10 usd then walked to see the Ruins. This place was good to relax and have a drink after your hiking. Cannot comment on the food but the drinks were good and priced fair. The service was great. The only real downfall is the beach was quite dirty, but nonetheless we jumped in to cool off.
