★ ★ ★ ★ ★ llevan dando largas respecto al desglose de un pago para que me puedan pagar el saldo a mi favor del seguro que Qualitas ya pago desde hace dos semanas. ¿alguien sabe como llevar a este caso a alguna dependencia que haga valer nuestros derechos y dicha empresa deje de vernos la cara?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene como 5 horas que estoy tratando de comunicarme con ellos y no contestan, pésimo servicio, pero para pagar el seguro si están ahí pendientes, esta fatal su atención, si tuviera un accidente seria lo peor ya que nunca contestan llevo 30 min esperando en el teléfono y luego se corta para acabarla, voy a solicitar cambiarme. Nefasto servicio!!!

Es prácticamente imposible comunicarse con ellos, jamás entra la llamada y cuando alguien llega a contestar, resulta que MAZDA tiene su propia división, la cual jamás en la vida toman una llamada a cualquier hora del día; mañana, tarde o noche… pésima atención, es increíble que MAZDA trabaje con ellos…
Terrible customer service and attention; not only by phone, but also by email. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían brindar atención personalizada a los deudores que el banco vende a esta correduría o agencia de seguros, y que por cláusulas establecidas en un contrato que atenta contra tus derechos como usuario financiero, te hace acreedor a un contrato sin tu consentimiento, que claro, como lo mencioné se amparan ante estos contratos turbios y elaborados con esquemas violatorios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EL SERVICIO ES PÉSIMO, no te atienden. Ni siquiera sé por qué alguien los contrataría directamente, de no ser porque MAZDA los contrató como bróker yo jamás habría sabido que existen. Pero la poca atención que te dan es PÉSIMA.
Estuvieron encargados del proceso de devolución de las primas no devengadas. La asesora me aseguró que se devolverían íntegras por acuerdos internos, pero resultó que si cobraron una penalización de casi $1,000 mxn, ni las aseguradoras directamente lo hacen. Nadie supo darme detalle. Por más llamadas, mensajes y correos que mandé, nunca hubo respuesta.
NO CONTRATEN A ESTE BROKER, PORQUE LOS DEJARÁN EN EL LIMBO.
Ahh pero eso si, con un cargo ya hecho.
Lo mío fue un caso de dinero, pero si los necesitas para que respondan por un accidente, buena suerte!!.

They were in charge of the process of returning unearned premiums. The advisor assured me that they would be returned in full due to internal agreements, but it turned out that if they charged a penalty of almost $1,000 mxn, not even the insurers directly do it. No one could give me details. No matter how many calls, messages and emails I sent, there was never a response.
DO NOT CONTRACT THIS BROKER, BECAUSE THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN LIMBO.
