★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace un año mas o menos compre cacahuates y mazapanes y la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable, muy sabrosos y muy económicos pero fui en estos días a comprar y fue absolutamente lo contrario, para empezar hay una malla de protección que no deja ver los productos y es una sensación de rechazo, la vigilante que me atendió fue muy déspota y nada amable por el contrario se mostró molesta, de los productos que compre los churritos los tiré porque estaban rancios, los cacahuates botaneros nos causo problemas estomacales a toda la familia, regale a unos vecinos producto y me comentaron que ya sabían mal, en resumen tiramos todo lo que compramos que fue casi $500.00 ya que ahora es caro los productos. Deseo poner sobre aviso a quienes quieran comprar y mi recomendación ES YA NO COMPRAR. A la empresa le digo que bien puede hacer una demanda ante salubridad entregándoles el producto para que lo analicen, pero al ser una empresa mexicana solo le pido a quien esté como responsable que tome el reto de volver a ser la misma o mejor de como fue, desde la atención al cliente, sus procesos productivos y el servicio posventa y sobre todo que comprendan que es un alimento que su mala calidad causa problemas de salud.

I want to give notice to those who want to buy and my recommendation IS NO LONGER BUY. I tell the company that you can make a health claim by delivering the product for analysis, but being a Mexican company I only ask whoever is responsible to take the challenge of being the same or better as it was , from customer service, their production processes and after-sales service and above all that they understand that it is a food that its poor quality causes health problems.
