I never wrote a bad review before but my experience here was so bad I feel It is my responsibility to write this. The owner is one of the rudest people ever! And you will know why.. the service was bad, the results even worse… this is gonna be long ? I got a gelish for my nails & toenails plus an eyelash lift (risado de pestañas) The owner started working on my toenails first and she didn’t talk to me (super weird) i was the one who was trying to start a convo cause it’s weird having sm1 work on ur feet without talking with them). I give the results 6/10. Then she went ahead and started on my nails, the shaping was so bad and before she finished a woman walked in with her little daughter, thats when she lost focus when she knew that this client wanted many services and her worker was still working with a client. I even finished the shaping myself…. Never had to do that before And the gel started chipping off 2 days later ☹️ Her worker finished with her client so she did the eyelash lift while the owner ran to the woman and daughter.. on the ig page it says the eyelash lift is 150 pesos, and is like in the screenshot attached. What I got was a super cheap lash lift tool box from china (see picture). The application was pretty bad, and the stuff entered my eyes and started hurting me ? and worst of all, my lashes were back to normal that same night … when i called 3 days later (to be sure) to get a refund she was SUPER FREAKING RUDE while I was pretty respectful. And i went there to get the money, and she was even WORSE… Message to owner: If you were respectful I wouldn’t have written this here. It even took me a while (this was over a month ago). Next time, be open to your clients feedback and learn from it. Give each client their time, that woman would’ve been happy to wait for her turn and see how you work and even decide to get more things done if she sees you doing a good job with clients that were here before her (in this case me). I hope you learn from this and you start getting only good reviews and not ones saying u’re rude. I wish you success! Adios.

Really beautiful manicure experience! The owner Jimena Is absolutely amazing and was such a pleasure to talk and laugh with. She was so detail oriented and did a great job on my nails and made me feel like a queen. Love all their handmade products too!

I just got my nails done at Martinas for my birthday. I had been in travel mode so to receive the spa treatment they offered was a real luxury. Natalia did my nails & she was amazing. Her hand massage was the best, I almost fell asleep. My friend joined me & had her nails done by Jimena at the same time. We felt like we were hanging out with old friends. If I wouldn’t have accidentally passed by days before and started trying to buy everything in the store, I probably wouldn’t have thought of treating myself for my birthday. The store is really cool. I genuinely want to buy everything in there. The owner is really passionate about the artists that she carries in there, and as an artist, I really appreciated that. Im super happy I stumbled into Martina’s. TREAT YOURSELF TO THEIR SERVICES, u deserve it :)
