★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te dan un diagnóstico y te indican que medicamentos tomar por ej. Desinflamatorios o suplementos alimenticios ; en cuanto al masaje por lo menos a mí en nada me ayudó ... Quizá a otros les funcione
