El señor es grosero en general desde la cotización, como si te estuviera haciendo un favor. Luego indica tiempos de entrega que no cumple y no hizo caso a las indicaciones que se piden para los cojines.
Llevé los cojines físicamente y cuando los recibí de vuelta solamente tenían amarrado el relleno al cojín original que porque ellos no hacían el proceso de meter su relleno nuevo al cojín (lo que se me hace completamente ridículo porque a mi me tomó 20 minutos hacerlo y es parte del servicio de tapicería). Una lástima porque la calidad del material es decente.
En fin. Deja mucho que desear su atención a cliente y la comunicación que tiene. No regresaría a encargar nada a ese local.
Terrible experience.
The man is rude in general from the quote, as if he is doing you a favor. Then it indicates delivery times that it does not meet and did not pay attention to the indications that are requested for the cushions.
I physically took the cushions and when I received them back they only had the filling tied to the original cushion because they did not go through the process of putting their new filling into the cushion (which is completely ridiculous to me because it took me 20 minutes to do it and it is part of the upholstery service). A pity because the quality of the material is decent.
Anyway. His customer service and communication leaves a lot to be desired. I would never order anything from that place again.
