★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos mandaron 3 pzas. quebradas? de losetas y no nos las cambiaron pésimo servicio de atención a clientes. La chica encargada del teléfono con una actitud muy déspota. La política de la empresa es muy mala al no reembolsarte los daños producidos. Así que cuando pidan mercancía siempre pidan que les abran las cajas aunque estén selladas y así quizá te la cambien, ojalá puedan mejorar su política y los empleados sean más concientes, porque la queja de un cliente en esta empresa no es tomada en cuenta.
They sent us 3 pcs. Broken tiles? and they were not changed, lousy customer service. The girl in charge of the telephone with a very despotic attitude. The company's policy is very bad in not reimbursing you for damages. So when ordering merchandise, always ask to open the boxes even if they are sealed and so maybe they will change it, hopefully they can improve their policy and the employees are more aware, because the complaint of a client in this company is not taken into account.
