Julietta was so nice and welcoming, making sure I had enough water and a good place to sit while I waited and after the massage was done. The entire place was very clean and had a pleasant aroma as soon as you walked in. Carlos has magic fingers! Easily in the top 3 best massages I've ever had. All my kinks were worked out and I got a good stretch in too. I'm booking another appointment for next week! Not one bad thing to say about this place!?

This spa is great! My partner and I booked a 90min massage here for our first day of vacation in Cancun. Carlos and Aurora are both excellent massage therapists who know how to ensure you are relaxed, and release you of your stress and tension. We where so impressed, that same day, we booked another massage session for later in the week before we traveled home. Booking was very easy; if you do not know much Spanish, you can still easily book in English (although, you should always brush up on your language skills when traveling). Matrix Spa is cash only so be sure to stop at an ATM before going for your session or day at the spa. Depending on your bank, you will usually receive a better exchange rate getting your pesos from a bank or ATM in Mexico. We stayed in the zona hotelera area, but it was super easy to drive to. It was about a 20min drive with little traffic. Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. The side streets surrounding the spa are all private residential parking, however, you might be able to park in an open lot in the back of the home are but be sure you are paying attention to parking signs. The Spa is easy to miss if you have not been before. I uploaded a picture of the front of the Spa with this review. There is a small shopping strip directly across the street, and they usually have a tent with valet parking, this should help you determine you are in the right spot. After booking two appointments in the same week, Matrix Spa & Massage is certainly going to become one of our regular stops anytime we are in Cancun.

Carlos is a very gifted therapist, as a chiropractor myself i recognize skill and conscious touch, he's strong and aware at the same time, completely 100 recommended, i am grateful that i live a few minutes away, the entrance is directly on av acanceh :))

Super accommodating to our schedule. We were treated very well. My 14 yr old son had his first massage. They were very respectful. My daughter felt safe as she waited for my husband and I session. Definitely recommend Matrix visiting Cancun

I am a physical therapist in the states and Charlie provided by far the best massage I've ever had. I have zero complaints. He incorporated hot stones, warm towels, cupping, stretching, and reflexology into the massage. The experience was divine and I will definitely be back when visiting Cancun.
