This Laboratory gave me a false positive results. I took another test for COVID-19 one hour after and I am negative. I’ve been vaccinated for almost 4 months. Don’t use Mavelsa’s location outside of Starbucks in downtown Tulum near the Super Aki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service at this location near the Super Aki & Starbucks. Mariela, America and Navil were very helpful filling out the forms and getting you set up for the test. As promised, results were emailed within 45 minutes. No waiting at this location. Highly recommend.

We have a problem that result doesn't contain timezone information for date fields, can be a problem if you need to provide it somewhere else in another timezone(Europe is a good example).
It was fixed very fast manually by Alejandra from support. Big thanks to her.
