y	yanet Falcón on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pedí mi gas rápido me lo llevaron, a los 2 días me doy cuenta q tiene fuga en la válvula del tanque, lo reporté al repartidor y no acudió, de tanto insistir en las oficinas fueron a cambiarlo, pero igual el tanque q me dejaron igual tenia fuga pero ahora en la parte de abajo del tanque, lo reporte y vinieron hasta q quisieron, mientras todo el gas se salió x más q les explique q era demasiado el olor a gas y q era gde. La fuga en fin hasta q quisieron m lo cambiaron, no vuelvo a comprar con ellos. Al ver que soy extranjera y no sabía mucho sobre eso se aprovecharon de mi. Me siento horrible. Thieves. They took my tank in perfect condition and gave me a rusty one that is falling apart. And they didn't give me a receipt or anything. When they saw that I am a foreigner and did not know much about it, they took advantage of me. I feel horrible.

Lo bueno es que hay otros servicios de gas en Cancun.. sugiero cualquier otro menos SONIGAS. If you appreciate having your tank in good condition changed for a deplorable one, this is the company for you! Not to mention the lousy customer service. The good thing is that there are other gas services in Cancun... I suggest any other except SONIGAS.

Se llevaron mi tanque de gas nuevo y entregaron un tanque oxidado, con soldadura en la base y lleno a la mitad. Al solicitar cambio de tanque se negaron a hacerlo y rechazan las llamadas sin dar cualquier explicación. No hagan negocio con empresas así. Son la imagen de la corrupción en este país. BURGLARS. Si no quieren facturar, que no lo hagan, pero que lo digan. Un cliente menos! Me vendieron gas y me dejaron uno oxidado y en mal estado, no me lo quisieron cambiar a uno bueno a pesar que ellos se llevaron el mío!, llame a su teléfono y servicio pésimo, no les interesa el buen servicio al cliente por ninguna de las partes, se negaron a una solución que no implique que yo les compre un tanque nuevo, ademas que no quisieron proporcionar datos para algún cambio o hacerse responsables. Son deshonesto, evítense tirar su dinero con ellos y además llevarse un mal rato. The worst service and they take advantage of you!
