★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was almost ok until they didnt respect their promise: the first car they gave us made a horrible and scary noise, so they agreed to swap it for another one. But we had already filled the tank with gas and asked for its reimbursement. They swore it would be done on the day we would return the second car. Unfortunately that never happened and we were told to send an email so the money would be credited back on our account. As you can imagine, we sent the email and never heard from them. Now we're back in Europe, they're in Mexico and probably couldn't care less about us...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check car thoroughly. The car had loose hubcaps, and one fell off the same day we rented the car. $50 US. They made us take expensive insurance too, which didn't cover the hubcap.
Also, if you're not there within one hour of your pickup time they will cancel your car.

I m glad there car rental companies out there , then actually care about people . He always went the extra mile dor us . We will never ever rent anywhere else ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I would have read the reviews earlier. I was forced to purchased an unnecessary insurance. After arguing with them, they lower the cost of my car but still had to pay the insurance. Avoid! Go with the American-well established companies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam company as mentioned by others! They indeed practically (unless you argue with them) sell you an insurance you do not need. Also, their pickup is late and after that they try to charge you an extra $20 per day because you are late for your car pickup and your model is already rented out (even though you are literally 30 minutes later than indicated).
Very unfriendly people, problems with charges (they ended up charging twice), they deliver a damaged car and try to hide these damages so you have to pay them later... the list goes on but the conclusion is clear: avoid at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a nice company, they don’t deserve all these bad comments and notations. We rent a car for 2 week.
Ok I wait 2h at the airport too, but all the rest was fine. Kind people, good explanation even if we disagree about the insurance ?. But all was write on the booking so nothing news.
The car was correct for rental car.
Please don’t hesitate to rent with them despite of some angry people comments.

Considering the pressure they must be under, they're a very kind and understanding company who go the extra mile to look after their customers. Our car was brand new and the price was excellent. Thank you for giving us another option to the 'big boys.
