P	Pooneh Karimi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awful, no elevator, no internet, no place to eat, dirty, bad service, rude people, no phone in the room, cockroaches in my room, I couldn't even stay there more than 2 days although my reservation was for a week, waste of money
W	W M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice and charming hotel with many trees and a warm atmosphere. For a 3 star hotel and this price we are very positively surprised. Great rooms with nice balconies, airconditioning, refrigerator and a great service. The hotel is very quiet at night, but only 3-5min foot walk to quinta. For us the perfect combination.

The front desk overcharged with reservation forcing us to pay in pesos at a terrible exchange rate. Change rooms 3 times and there were cockroaches everywhere. Wifi does not work. Does not recommend to anyone.
D	Daren Tod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic budget hotel, good air con, good hot shower, lovely around the pool with birds and lizards running around. Close but not too close to fifth avenue etc . We were impressed that they had got the room cool for us when we arrived. Receptionists really helpful. For the money, it's a winner.

A	Adrienne Lujan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No telephone!!! Yes.... I don't want to hear a phone ring. The room I stayed in is very comfortable. I will stay here again because I love the humbleness and authenticity of the hotel. It is a good reflection of Riviera Maya and I love the jungle landscaping!
P	Pisces Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A faded Queen…I expect the hotel was pretty classy when it was built, but it is wearing out. I was here a month and really enjoyed my stay. The garden and pool are delightful. The staff from front desk to housekeepers were all outstanding. The location could not be better. Expect some worn out fixtures and linens, but great value for the price!
