Terrible service I have a vacation package already paid for and the advisor made a mistake and put the wrong name I have been trying for weeks to fix it because if she doesn't they won't let me enter the hotel and she just gives me long and in the last days I don't even she answers the phone super sorry for having contracted her name is Carmen
