★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel confortable es Justo lo que pagas por la habitación, le doy calificación de dos estrellas por que la alberca estaba fuera de servicio durante día y medio y para dos dias que estuvimos ahí pues no está bien que no pudimos estar en ella, la gente del hotel no tiene urgencia en trabajar ellos desayunan a las 11:30 am y apenas empiezan a limpiar la alberca no se preocupan por tenerla lista dese temprano ellos se toman su tiempo y no les preocupa nada. Yo como huésped estoy molesta por que no he podido disfrutar de la alberca y con tanto calor que hace aquí.

 It is a comfortable hotel, it is just what you pay for the room, I give it a two-star rating because the pool was out of service for a day and a half and for two days that we were there, it is not good that we could not be in it, the Hotel people have no urgency to work, they have breakfast at 11:30 am and as soon as they start cleaning the pool they don't worry about having it ready early, they take their time and don't worry about anything. As a guest I am upset because I have not been able to enjoy the pool and it is so hot here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schöne Anlage mit vielen Palmen und einen schönen Pool. Preis/Leistung ist hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Waren im November hier und zahlten 40 Euro pro Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer. Die Lage war für meine Begriffe nicht optimal aber okay, man ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ortskern entfernt. Was für uns total klar ging. Dafür hast du natürlich gleich an der Fähre vor der Tür. Früh am Morgen kann man bei der Fähre den Sonnenaufgang sehen.
Very nice area with a lot of palm trees and a nice pool. Price / performance is excellent. We would come back anytime. Stayed here in November and paid 40 euros a night for a double room. In my opinion, the location was not ideal, but okay, it is a 10-minute walk from the town center. Which was absolutely clear to us. But of course you have the ferry in front of the door. Early in the morning you can see the sunrise at the ferry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 4 stars hotel (as stated on booking). We considered staying here our whole time at Holbox, but thankfully we chose another one. Our room was old and dirty. There was also a massive cockroach in the room. There was no wifi in the hotel room. No warm water in the shower. I’ve never been in such bad hotel for this price (1350 mxn for one night)
The only plus is that the lady at the reception was super nice.

Cockroaches in the room, very bad WiFi.
If you book by using Booking.com they let you pay 1000 pesos more because of the fee THEY have to pay to booking.com.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I expected some more for a 4 stars the place isn’t too bad , nice swimming pool nice room and a lot of vegetation but is very old and a little messy; the atmosphere is good the real problem for me was the smell in the room of humidity and the noise cause very close to the ferry, actually you can hear the notices from the first time of the ferry!
But the people at the reception is very helpful and nice so the place in the global is nice but maybe I won’t come back !
But for sure I will want to come back at holbox is a paradise!
