Muy bonitas habitaciones muy cómodas y bien ambientadas, la alberca y el área está muy bonita, se puede llegar súper fácil a la playa caminando 700 mts y también al centro 5 min a pie. Muy contento con el lugar !

El hotel es muy agradable, limpio Sofía siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestra estadía. La habitación es amplia y cómoda. Lo mejor del lugar es que es pet friendly. Recomendado ampliamente.

Beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds! Cozy pool area with sun beds. Great service and you really feel like home.

Summary: I thought it was not good value for money, I didn't enjoy the location the service was non existent/terrible, which resulted in not clean, not maintained private and common areas. This place needs someone to manage it correctly. Out of my month in Mexico in countless accomodation (hotels, Airbnb, bed&breakfast) this is so far the worst. The place and the room are beautiful but that would be the only good thing I can say about this accommodation. 1. When you arrive there is no one to greet they give you the code for a padlock where your key is. 2. I stayed there 6 days and they never did the room (never entered the room or tried to do). Never changed the towel, never provided more toilet paper. Never empty the bin. Never cleaned the floor, never did the bed. 3. The location is far from everything and you have to go through a lot of puddles so you always end up with messy shoes and messy cloths. I felt couple of times on my way back to the hotel. The location is not quiet either - lot of constructions and machinery making noise. 4. The only towel I was provided and that they never changed had weird brown stain (photo) 5. The matelass sheet were too small for the matelass so I would wake up in the middle of the night with half of the matelass without sheet anymore (photo) 6. There is no reception or any type of service. You can't order food or water and you don't have a kitchen either in the room. Which means if you want to get breakfast you need to walk minimum 10 to 15min (again with all the puddles). If you want water by night you have to walk 15min to nearest supermarket. 7. one afternoon it started pouring rain like it usually do in Holbox. Because there is no one in the premises, they could not take ou the matelass from the sun bed who became drenched. The day after there was therefore no matelass for the sundbed that couldn't be used. 9. Because my room was not done after some days I had no clean towels and run out of paper toilet. 10. To get to the hotel you have to walk through puddles , water, runny sand so in few days your room will be a big mess. And unlike in an airbnb or your own place there is nothing to clean. I had to use a hand towel and soap to clean the dirty floor by hand. 11. No toiletry like shampoo or conditioner are provided. They did provide a questionable gel. 12. After a few days the pool water looked filthy as h@#ll. I didn't swim in my last 2 days because of it. 13. The island recommend not throwing paper in the toilet because canalisation are not prepared, if you do so your bin would be full as not emptied. 14. I asked (1 week before my arrival when free cancellation was still possible) to change the dates to stay 1 night less and they told me "no problem we will do it". Once already there I press them about the extra night and they tell me they can't cancel it via their system. They ask me to change the date myself (for a night that already happened) which of course booking didn't allow. By the end of my stay, after asking them everyday with no luck, as I knew they were not going to solve it I had to contact booking customer support to fix it and get the extra night paid back. 15. Funnily enough, even though they never did my room, the person in charge of cleaning knocked on my door on the last day to ask me if I could checkout before the checkout time because they needed the room. Obviously they didn't offer to call taxi service or anything. In summary I think this much be a wealthy individual owning this place - overcharging it to tourist and believing they can manage it remotely by sending cleaning service from time to time. This is not how you deal with hospitality. It was the worth between Airbnb and hotel - a Hotel room without any hotel service and without any appliances and offers from an Airbnb. And this was more than 100€ a night. A total rip off.

Located far from most attractions and the beach. Not worth it. So many better choices. Unsanitary, sharing the pool are 8-10 wild raccoons that drop fecal matter around the pool and on the pool furniture daily. The owner is very accessible by text & is "very sorry about the raccoons" and is fully aware of the morning greeting of feces in & around the pool area. This unsanitary condition rendered the pool unusable for my children & family for the duration of our stay.
