★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAMMERS DON’T BOOK TRIP WITH THESE GUYS on Calle 32 and 5th Ave. TOUR GUIDE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $221 and it was only supposed to be $140 and when I showed up to take the trip, they claimed guy who took my money no longer worked there and that my ticket was not valid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not give your money to this company! Daniel sold us an excursion to Chichen Itza at the price of $160. They made us pay $80 in cash up front and then never picked us up at our resort the day of the excursion. Then, after we left a negative review they took down their company from Google and now have relisted it. They are a scam. Do not trust them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst excursion agency in Rivera Maya, don't do it. I paid my deposit for a tour and the next day we had Tropical Storm Gamma hit Tulim. I tried calling the lady who sold me the excursion and didn't answer. I tried looking for them online and they didn't have a number on file! I had to physically go find the lady and ask that we get taken! You've been warning.

They even called the hotel staff liars for vouching for us that we were there on time! They refused to refund us our deposit and refused to reschedule our pickup. The man was said he was
the owner was rude and unprofessional. Do not use them and DO NOT give them money upfront.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were lied to after confirming multiple times what we would be doing on the activity. Was promised a booking for myan adrenaline and ended up with a different company who only did RV rides and a cenote tour.
We didnt pay until we got to transport but the guy was a complete phony, had a reputable business aswell.
Completely and deliberately miss sold.

ON THE DAY WHEN JUST BOARING THE CRUISE HE SAID IF I DONT PAY AGAIN HE WONT LET ME OR MY FAMILY ON. LIED ABOUT HAVING WIFI ON BOARD AND ALSO SAID THERES FREE PARKING BUT I ENDED UP PAYING 2500 MEX FOR PARKING - HE SAID ITS NOT HIS PROBLEM.

Do not book any tours with them! we were looking for something to do in Cozumel and they offered us an ATV tour of the island, showing us pictures of the ATV and etc for 50 USD which were basically thrown away. When we arrived on the island the tour was actually in a 'dune buggy' which was a normal car without any offroad capability. once again: this is a dishonest agency in which unscrupulous people work.
