★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice. Very helpful. Very honest. My Spanish is very poor. Julio was very patient with me as I tried to communicate my issue. I wasn't sure if it was the cord or the port that was broken. It turned out to be just the cord. It was easy fix that only cost me 350 MXN. They didn't try to scam me at all. It was very refreshing.

They were super friendly, one gentleman did speak English, which helped a lot in quickness, and I was out the door in 10 minutes all ready to charge my laptop up. The price seemed fair for an actual Lenovo 'wall wart'. Very pleased to have met them. Thank you mucho!

He's swapped 2 computers harddrives to solid state super cheap usingcorrectceramics! Also will be patient with any modifications to your service. Always responds via phone! Highly recommend from someone who is needs the smartest computer technician!
