★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pasado jueves 20 de enero alrededor de las 13:00 hrs paae a la agencia en busca de información, estuve alrededor de 15 min dentro sin que nadie se acercara ni siquiera a saludar, me pareció no hay interés por vender y me retire.
Es una penaporque me interesaba adquirir un auto y ahora pienso que si así esta el servicio lo mejor será no volver a esa agencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pero experiencia en compra de autos seminuevos, con un tal Nicolás que dice ser Gerente de la agencia. Ni Como asesor de servicio y ni como Gerente te atiende ni te da soluciones.
En Febrero me entrega un auto, Sin audio, sucio. Lamentablemente ya había firmado mi crédito y no tuve otra opción.
Ahora, el auto presenta un sin fin de adeudos de años anteriores cuando se supone es lo primero que revisan las agencias antes de comprar/vender un auto, lo comenté y su respuesta fue que yo tengo que ir a perder tiempo a finanzas a presentar una aclaración por qué no hicieron bien su trabajo. Pareciera que el auto lo compre en la calle y no a una agencia seria. Máxime que es el 3er auto que les compraba a esta agencia, Una lastima que no supervisen y revisen el tipo de servicios que brindan estas personas sin preparación.
Revisen bien autos seminuevos antes de que firmen por qué se pueden llevar una terrible experiencia, es la fecha que no me solucionan desde febrero 2022.

Check pre-owned cars well before they sign because they can have a terrible experience, it's the date that they haven't solved me since February 2022.
