★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La puntualidad no es lo suyo, Servicio básico de 10 mil km en un día bien, agendar cita y que te hagan esperar asi sea un minuto, eso, no tiene razón de ser, al recoger tu auto a hora agendada y que te hagan esperar de nuevo ya parece broma! Se llama servicio, interés y atención por el cliente.
Punctuality is not their thing, Basic service of 10 thousand km in a good day, make an appointment and make you wait even if it is a minute, that, has no reason to be, when you pick up your car at a scheduled time and make you wait again it seems like a joke! It is called service, interest and customer service.

Cuando pido una explicación me trataron de ver la cara, al día de hoy no responden ni el teléfono. No hagan el servicio en mazda Interlomas
Terrible customer service, I took my car to the service and they tried to charge me for things that I did not approve, also at the service they told me that they had rotated my tires and they did not. When I ask for an explanation they tried to see my face, to this day they don't even answer the phone. Do not do the service in mazda Interlomas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia de compra, nunca pensaron en el cliente. Les interesa más tu calificación positiva a realmente dar un servicio y buena experiencia.
1) Quería comprar el coche de contado y me lo vendieron a crédito para una entrega más rápida.
2) El color que pedí no lo tenían.
3) Me entregaron el coche cuando les dio la gana por auditoria.
4) Me lo dieron con permiso y sin verificar.
Y así una tras otra sorpresa y no es la primera vez en esa agencia.
Terrible shopping experience, they never thought about the customer. They are more interested in your positive rating than actually providing a good service and experience.
1) I wanted to buy the car in cash and they sold it to me on credit for faster delivery.
2) They didn't have the color I asked for.
3) They gave me the car when they felt like it for an audit.
4) They gave it to me with permission and without verification.
And so one after another surprise and it is not the first time in that agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took much too long in repairing our car--4 weeks. They claimed that the fender was not available. Once they fixed the problem they gave us the car with all the dirt they created in the back seat. It took them 4 days to clean up the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed about the customer service. Every time that I was sent my car to Service they found a lot of small things that make extremely expensive the maintenance cost. None of this little issue are relevant for the safety or car performance, most of them are commodities, and the critical issues were underestimated because “the analysis of this issues are not included neither in the checkup nor maintenance guide”. May be this car dealer must be under review of the PROFECO to ensure the consumer’s quality.
