★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mal servicio al cliente, nunca contestan las llamadas. venden refacciones para entrega y nunca llaman para avisarte que ya llego. no hay forma de saber, solo ir a la agencia para que te digan que sigue sin llegar.
el gerente debe de hacerse responsable del servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio. Hace poco lleve mi auto para reparación de un golpe y el trabajo es muy sucio. No tuvieron cuidado y me dejaron un faro pintado. De la parte trasera me lo regresaron con un pequeño detalle que no estaba antes de que lo dejara.
Terrible service. I recently took my car in for a collision repair and the job is very messy. They were not careful and left me a painted headlight. From the back they returned it to me with a small detail that was not there before I left it.
