★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia en Mazda Santa Fe - Servicio. Pésima atención al cliente, tuve que ir a recoger mi auto después de que estuvo todo el día sin que ni siquiera lo revisaran y no fueron capaces de avisarme o mantenerme informado sobre el auto. Cuando les dije que me lo llevaba tampoco sabían cuál era mi auto para entregármelo. La señorita que le correspondía atenderme no tuvo la madurez ni el valor de hablar conmigo directo para explicarme el motivo por la demora. No se vale que jueguen con el tiempo de uno si s supone que para eso se saca una cita.
Me llevo muy mala impresión de Mazda Santa Fe. Excelente marca de auto pero pésimo servicio en esa sucursal, muy pero muy mal.
 Very bad experience at Mazda Santa Fe - Service. Terrible customer service, I had to go pick up my car after it was out all day without even being searched and they were not able to notify me or keep me informed about the car. When I told them that I was taking it, they did not know what my car was to give it to me. The young lady who was supposed to attend to me did not have the maturity or the courage to speak with me directly to explain the reason for the delay. It is not worth playing with your time if you suppose that you make an appointment.
I get a very bad impression of Mazda Santa Fe. Excellent car brand but terrible service at that branch, very, very bad.

I have a process with PROFECO because I have been waiting for a month for the deposit of a truck that was never delivered to me to be returned. Impossible to communicate with someone to solve something for you. Extremely unpleasant experience dealing with Mazda Santa Fe
