This is the slowest, most disorganized fast food restaurant I have ever been to. They are frequently out of some key ingredient, and send incomplete orders through Uber Eats.

There was no ice cream

When to drive thru to order and get a fast service and supposed as it suppose but it took me 15min on top lof that i got old fries and no napkins..... Very bad experience

Going to McDonalds used to bring me good memories from a time when sevice was a very important part of the experience. Sadly it is not the case anymore. The staff sometimes tries their best but more often than not it's a slow and full of mistakes experience. Unfortunately it is the closest McDonalds for me, and the thought of driving for a while to possibly get the same treatment it's absolutely out of the question. I do want to say that not very often but It does happen, we find a staff member that does want to help, but it is the odd one out!! There is a lot of free parking but some times it gets really full, and when it does the restaurant gets really noisy. It has a children area. And a separate small room for parties. It's the same 50/50 gamble with the quality of the food, sometimes is cold, they make a lot of mistakes if you have a special request (something as basic as no cheese!) Some times the fries are the best you have ever had from any McDonalds in the world, some other times the fries are filled with oil and with a strong smell and brown in color. I wish that a restaurant that is known for their standardized food products could find a good "standard" level of quality and service, as it used to have in the beginning!!

They never have the toy of the season for happy meals

Drive in is full, 30min waiting.. Entering one hour before closing not allowed because they want to clean, but people were sitting inside ??... Never again, good that in MTY are much better burger options

McDonald's taste like McDonald's unfortunatly they don't carry the secret menu. If you order through the drive-thru triple check your order they always get it wrong. This last time I ordered a crispy chicken, it was burnt and badly done.
