★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca profesionalidad, es la manera en que comenzaré este análisis. Compré una silla con ellos el día Domingo 11 de Noviembre en un evento que se realizó en el WTC. Los vendedores hicieron su chamba, con comentarios como "ya anímate", "no te vamos a quedar mal", "es un excelente producto" etc etc etc. La silla debió haber llegado el Miércoles próximo a la fecha de compra, no llegó, jueves, no llegó, viernes no llegó. Por qué no llegó?, la unidad de entrega se averió, ok, correcto, mandan mi silla por una paquetería denominada PMM sin mi consentimiento, la cuál es una paquetería amateur con pésimas reseñas y comentarios como "secuestro de paquetes", "te entregan cuando quieren", etc. Hoy sábado 17 de Noviembre, sigo esperando mi silla.
Conclusión: Evítate problemas amigo, si yo que resido en el estado de méxico no tengo mi silla aún; imagínate la incapacidad de la empresa por hacerte llegar tu producto en provincia.
Little professionalism, is the way in which I will begin this analysis. I bought a chair with them on Sunday November 11 at an event that was held at the WTC. The sellers did their job, with comments such as "go ahead", "we are not going to look bad", "it is an excellent product" etc etc etc. The chair should have arrived on the Wednesday next to the purchase date, it did not arrive, Thursday, it did not arrive, Friday it did not arrive. Why didn't it arrive? The delivery unit broke down, ok, that's right, they send my chair through a parcel called PMM without my consent, which is an amateur parcel with terrible reviews and comments like "package hijacking", "they deliver when they want ", etc. Today Saturday November 17, I am still waiting for my chair.
Conclusion: Avoid problems friend, if I live in the state of Mexico I do not have my chair yet; Imagine the inability of the company to deliver your product to the province.
