★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es amable y ello te hace confiar pero mienten respecto al precio de las autopartes, a mí me dijeron que costaría 150 un bulbo de ventilador y me lo cobraron en 300, fui a distintos lugares y el precio en todos rondaba los 150 a 190 pesos. No mencionan el costo del servicio y te dicen que será barato. Fue el cambio de una pieza sencilla y terminé pagando 600 pesos por algo que costaba máximo 300 pesos. Si llevas tu carro debes estar alerta. Agradezco su ayuda en un momento de urgencia pero creo que eso es aprovecharse de la gente.

Revisen si realmente el trabajo se hizo y de qué manera, al día de hoy mi auto sigue teniendo el problema que supuestamente se arregló.
Pagué una primera vez, se me hizo nota de servicio que decía que se reemplazaron piezas de mi alternador.
En menos de 3 semanas tuve que volver por el mismo problema, me quisieron volver a cobrar las piezas que pagué la primera vez y no se reemplazaron y se excusaron diciendo que fue un error de las mismas piezas y por ende ya no aplicaría garantía una segunda vez.
¿Cómo culpas a una pieza que no reemplazaste?
El servicio es amable, pero ser amable no es lo mismo a ser eficiente. Muy mal sabor de boca al visitar el local, espero su experiencia sea diferente.
