I bought a sienna two weeks ago when I signed the contract, they made me write a review, of course that until then everything was fine, everything was correct and well explained, the only detail we did not check the spare tire due to the small size of the premises and due to lack of time, The saleswoman told me to tell her anything that was wrong .. after three days we checked and the security studs were not the correct ones and the key to remove the spare tire did not have it, she reported it as requested and did not It was of no use because they did not support me in solving it saying that it was a used car, fortunately I only spent less than 1000 pesos .. as a tip, check before they deliver them, otherwise they will not support you for used cars. Unfortunately my experience was good until obviously there was no support after paying…. They lose the much for the little. I did not get a good experience, I was thinking of buying another vehicle that I liked but with this I will think twice more or more before making a decision.

DO NOT BUY CARS HERE !! The service is terrible after buying the vehicle, they are delivered to you in poor condition or we even crashed without notifying you and then say that they can no longer do anything, they charge you for all verification and at the beginning they tell you that they help you and do not worry , Most of the comments are 5 stars because they force you to put it so that according to their commission and not because of the attention, do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE HERE.

Nice facilities, but what they offer on the Internet does not match what actually exists, the car they advertised was sole owner 65km and in reality I was going to be the 5th owner and brought 85km.
