★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me guíe por las buenas referencias pero en cuanto a estudios para niños no tienen preparación en absoluto, fue muy traumática la experiencia para mí hija y para mí, la tuvieron que amarrar cuando se solicito anestesia y no pudieron canalizarla correctamente, lloraba y le decían que se callara, espero que tengan más atención en esto.
I was guided by the good references but in terms of studies for children they have no preparation at all, the experience was very traumatic for my daughter and me, they had to tie her up when anesthesia was requested and they could not channel it correctly, she cried and they told her that shut up, I hope they have more attention on this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, sobre todo con doctores, groseros que uno se acercaba ellos para ver cómo salió su paciente de operación y no tienen tiempo para explicar, muy caro y muy mal de parte de personal también en guardias que observé si les das algo dejan pasar a muchos y sino pues solo uno o no pasas si se les ponen a ellos, la neta muy mal servicio no me gustó y aparte muy caro creeo que están peor que IMSS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca lleven a sus hijos a urgencias, personal no capacitado, a mi hija de 4 años le aplicaron medicamento no adecuado causándole intoxicación. Durante la consulta la doctora que nos atendió estaba preguntando por teléfono a otro doctor si estaba bien el procedimiento que había realizado así como con otros 2 pacientes a los que estaba atendiendo. El apellido de la doctora es Mares ya que no me quisieron proporcionar el nombre personal de admisión argumentando que no sabían porque era nueva.
Terrible service, never take your children to the emergency room, untrained personnel, they applied the wrong medication to my 4-year-old daughter, causing intoxication. During the consultation, the doctor who treated us was asking another doctor by phone if the procedure she had performed was okay, as well as with 2 other patients she was treating. The last name of the doctor is Mares since they did not want to provide me with the personal name of admission, arguing that they did not know because she was new.
