They do not respect the schedule of the appointments, it arrives to a lot of people with appointment that they make wait almost an hour and the pair of silly that there is in the reception are neither to request an apology or to warn that that is delayed, PÉSIMO. The prices are not fixed or serious sales of the appointment and there the dentist who touched you gives you a piece of paper how much it was. I pass.

To begin with, terrible service, unprofessionalism and poor quality materials. My experience was terrible, and the worst part is that it was just wasted time and money. I see that there are more similar comments, so hopefully interested people will see them in time to avoid all of the above.

The worst dentist you can go to, terrible care, they do not care about the dental health of the patients if not the money, it is a pure waste of time and money, they lose your files, they change your doctor from time to time, they do not have the instruments necessary and your treatment has to wait, just as they never have appointments when it is required by excess of people, in short they want to cover many patients with terrible service in all! I never had a problem with them until now, due to the pandemic they had a schedule from 9 to 5pm and because of my work it was very difficult for me to attend my appointment since I leave work quite late, I asked them to schedule me on Saturday and they always denied me the space since they always had everything reserved, I needed some extractions so I made my appointment, I arrived on time and they attended me 30 minutes later just to tell me that my treatment had been discharged, I explained why I had not been able to attend and they told me that they were going to check me at the reception without adequate light and with all the patients there who were waiting for an appointment, I asked them to at least take me to an office, they took me and told me that they would see their coordinator if they could attend, the supposed coordinator told me that it was difficult to attend to me because I could not always go to appointments, etc., and that he would give me a response stating that if in the end my treatment did not work out it was my fault for not attending, I told him what e was fine, according to him I took a copy from my INE and when he returned he told me that he would see him with another coordinator so that they could attend me but that at least that day they would no longer do anything to me that they had to reschedule me again for my consultation, I'm talking about my appointment being at 6:30 pm and they were telling me this until around 8pm. I really do not recommend them for anything after this bad treatment.

I sent a message to clarify a doubt and they answered when I told them that I wanted to schedule an appointment they stopped responding. If that's how it is to "schedule" I don't want to imagine already in consultation.
