★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no encuentran la hoja médica de cada paciente, no valoran si alguien tiene fiebre o lo pesan. No vayan esta clínica por mi desagradable experiencia dos ocasiones no me ayudaron especialmente el Dr. Castro. Han visto como rolan trabajadores en la clinica? Se han preguntado el por qué?
Cuidado con esta clínica.
Terrible service, they do not find the medical sheet of each patient, they do not value if someone has a fever or they weigh it. Do not go to this clinic because of my unpleasant experience. Two times Dr. Castro did not help me especially. Have you seen workers rolling in the clinic? They have asked why?
Beware of this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi comentario pretende ayudar a los que acudan por una emergencia cardiaca seria como un infarto. El 16 de abril acudi llevando a un familiar con un dolor de pecho y abdomen, lo revisaron y tomaron un electro. El Medico confirmo un Infarto en Proceso asi me informo, al preguntarle si podia atender la emergencia, me indico que no tenia medicamentos, por lo que noa sugirio trasladarla a San Juan de Rio. Para que pudiera verla un Cardiologo y medicarla.
Buen Médico y mal equipamiento.

The doctor confirmed an infarct in process so I informed him, asking him if he could attend the emergency, he indicated that he did not have medication, so he did not suggest transferring it to San Juan de Rio. Good doctor and bad equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llegamos por una emergencia, de la cual se aprovechan porque te quieren cobrar como si fuera hospital de lujo. Primera las instalaciones son muy viejas (de la época de cantinflas en Acapulco). Segunda el personal médico educado a sacarte las perlas. Ese día pagamos una cantidad de alrededor de 5 mil por revisión, placa rayos x y sacar sangre.
Y nos dijo el "doctor" que teníamos que operar a nuestro familiar y ello salía en 500 mil. Que era de urgencia. Obvio no lo dejamos. Cual es la sorpresa que con terapia salio el familiar. No vayan nunca a este "hospital"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos por una emergencia muy básica en mi opinión, a mi amigo se le luxo el brazo y no lo quisieron atender porque no tenían rayos x según, que leyendo los comentarios estoy viendo que si tienen pero bueno y muy a fuerza le recetaron ketorolaco jaja y no quisieron darle nada ahí ni inyectarlo para algún desinflamatorio o analgésico, la verdad si no pueden atender una emergencia tan básica no me imagino si llega alguien peor que harían.
Cabe aclarar que a mí amigo ya se le había luxado el brazo otras veces y sin tomar rx solo se lo acomodaban pero se negaron a atenderlo.
We went for a very basic emergency in my opinion, my friend's arm was dislocated and they didn't want to treat him because they didn't have x-rays according to, reading the comments I'm seeing that they do have but well and very forcefully they prescribed ketorolac haha and They did not want to give him anything there or inject him for some anti-inflammatory or analgesic, the truth is that if they cannot attend to such a basic emergency, I cannot imagine if someone worse arrives, what they would do.
It should be clarified that my friend had already dislocated his arm other times and without taking an x-ray they only accommodated it but they refused to attend to him.
