Se acudió el Domingo porque tenían un letrero del horario hasta 13:00hrs llegue antes del horario y me atendieron más afuerza que dar un servicio de calidad. Nos presentamos a los estudios el Martes 29 Sep y en el electrocardiograma también el servicio de la jefa no grato . Aunque también aclaro q son onestos porque el domingo que me presente en sus instalaciones y por la prisa se me olvidaron mis lentes de sol y al otro día me los regresaron. Tambien quiero aplaudir a la Srita. Joven con cabello teñido y corto muy linda. Debería cambiar la atención al cliente de recepción y jefas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMOOOO SERVICIO los odie, jamás regreso a esta lugar, me super maltrataron, me descriminaron, pedí mi análisis para checar si tenía covid y casi me sacan, por donde pase hecharon sanitizante y empezaron a trapear casi mis pies me dijeron que era positiva y no me quisieron hacer mi prueba, me fui a Laboratorios Polanco y ahí me trataron dignamente salí negativa, no me imagino como tratarán a otras personas en el Chopo con alguna otra enfermedad contagiosa PÉSIMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio de muy buena calidad, desde la entrada las medidas de seguridad antes de entrar, todo el personal cuenta con equipo de seguridad completo y su actitud bastante amable y profesional. La sala de espera luce bastante limpia, ordenada e iluminada; por el lado de los estudios la atención es buenísima y empática su atención. Los precios son muy competitivos y la cantidad de sucursales es enorme, muy recomendable para realizar estudios clínicos.
