★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 22 de octubre de este año pedí un supuesto doctor a mi oficina que me mal diagnosticó su nombres es SANTIAGO MANUEL PALACIOS MANCILLA apesar de que le dije que no tenía síntomas de la faringitis que él dijo que yo tenía, me dió tratamiento carísimo de casi $3 mil pesos y a los 4 días empeoré y terminé en el hospital, me bloqueó de WhatsApp y nunca me dió indicaciones de ir con algún especialista, tuvieron que hacerme estudios de todo y tenía realmente un virus de dengue, gracias a su mala atención tuve que pagar cuentas médicas más altas ya que estaba muy mal tratado el virus y tuvieron que canalizar me hasta con suero intravenoso, cuándo avanzaron los síntomas estuve en estado crítico y se complicó todo por la medicina que él me había recetado, me aparece terrible que no haya un verdadero cuidado o seguimiento con médicos para verificar que estén realmente calificados para hacer su trabajo, ahora no tengo respuesta ni a algún correo ni al teléfono de la aplicación para hacer el reporte y el seguimiento directo pues lo que deberían hacer sería indemnizarme o al menos bloquear a este médico de dar servicio por medio de la aplicación
 On October 22 of this year I asked an alleged doctor at my office that misdiagnosed his names is SANTIAGO MANUEL PALACIOS MANCILLA, despite the fact that I told him that I had no symptoms of pharyngitis that he said I had, he gave me very expensive treatment of Almost $ 3,000 pesos and after 4 days I got worse and ended up in the hospital, he blocked me from WhatsApp and never gave me instructions to go with a specialist, they had to do everything and I really had a dengue virus, thanks to his bad attention I had to pay higher medical bills since the virus was very badly treated and they had to channel me even with intravenous serum, when the symptoms progressed I was in critical condition and everything was complicated by the medicine he had prescribed for me, it seems terrible that I did not there is real care or follow-up with doctors to verify that they are really qualified to do their job, now I have no answer to any email or phone of the application to make the report and the direct monitoring because what they should do would be to compensate me or at least block this doctor from giving service through the application

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recomendadísima!!! No podía salir de la oficina para tomar una consulta y me sentía fatal pero el doctor llegó en menos de una hora y todo fue muy rápido y eficiente. Me sentí mucho mejor con las medicinas que me recetó. Muchas gracias!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo recomiendo. Me comuniqué con ellos en la mañana, comentaron que probablemente me agendarían después de las 4 pm, acepté y quedaron en avisarme cuando me asignarán médico. Dos horas después me comunico nuevamente para que me confirmaran si me podrían dar el servicio y volvieron a decirme que lo verificarían. Nunca recibí respuesta?
I do not recommend it. I contacted them in the morning, they commented that they would probably schedule me after 4 pm, I accepted and they agreed to let me know when they would assign me a doctor. Two hours later I communicated again to confirm if they could give me the service and they told me again that they would verify it. I never received an answer
