★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de la recepcionista, se dice la coordinadora de todas las sucursales. No puede dar los horarios. Dice que las fichas se dan desde las 9 de la mañana y a esa hora resulta que no hay nadie. Pésima su actitud, ni en el Imss me sentí tratado así tan basura como si fuera un regalo el que me hacen para atenderme. La dermatologa cita a uno las 6:00 pm y llega a las 7:00 pm pero resulta que ya hay 18 fichas antes que uno. 0 recomendable. Si pueden eviten este lugar a toda costa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado con el urólogo Victor Javier Angeles Alejaldre, yo fui a revisión solo para interpretar mis estudios y al hacerme el ultrasonido, me dijo que tenía muy inflamados los riñones, y que tenía una infección, me hizo gastar mucho en medicina, y cuando fui con otro doctor y revisó mis estudios, resultó que no tenía nada desde el principio, mis riñones estaban bien y no tenía ninguna infección, cuidado con esta coscorria y este lugar en general, tremenda basura!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!! Reservamos cita con el ginecólogo (dr. Ernesto Mejía) y nos hizo esperar más de una hr y aún así le faltaba más tiempo para llegar.
Nos agarro la noche y jamás llegó.
Estamos pagando un servicio particular no es el IMSS y exigimos profesionalismo y respeto para el paciente y nuestro tiempo.
No pierdan su tiempo en lugares como este, que solo se preocupan por el dinero y no por el paciente. ginecólogia

La persona que contesta el teléfono para citas no sabe el apellido de la dermatóloga, solo sabe que se llama Ofelia, se lo pregunte y me dijo que cuando venga a la cita se lo pregunte yo. Imagínese si así es la recepción que será lo que sigue. Por supuesto no hice cita, la mujer que contesta es una majadera.
Horrible experience, the reception is an insult. The person who answers the phone for appointments does not know the dermatologist's last name, she only knows that her name is Ofelia, I asked her and she told me that when she comes to the appointment I should ask her. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consultorio de servicios médicos atrapado en el tiempo, en mi particular opinión comparto lo siguiente de la experiencia que fue las distintas atenciones de su servidor y familiares.

Clara, eficiente y amable
Instalaciones
Viejas, anticuadas y con salas de espera que no son cómodas para sus clientes, los consultorios son cuartos que literalmente tienen aparentemente décadas que no entran en remodelación.
Efectividad de médicos
Aceptable aún que elmservicio a no es barato, ahora con la experiencia de uso de hospitales cercanos y los distintos pagos por los mismos servicios prefiero ir directamente a hospital privado que hacer uso de esta clínica.

Even though the service is not cheap, now with the experience of using nearby hospitals and the different payments for the same services, I prefer to go directly to a private hospital than to use this clinic.
