★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo regular las cajeras son muy amables, pero el día de hoy me tocó un cajero que solo estaba realizando cobros ,está sucursal no cuenta con ejecutivos por lo tanto solo los cajeros están para atención a clientes, le pregunté cómo podría reducir mi paquete pues ya no utilizo los canales plus, y no me quiso atender , esta persona tira por la borda el trabajos de sus compañeros .
 Usually the cashiers are very friendly, but today I had a cashier who was only making payments, this branch does not have executives therefore only the cashiers are for customer service, I asked him how I could reduce my package then I no longer use the plus channels, and he did not want to attend me, this person throws the work of his colleagues overboard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas atienden muy mal. No quisieron atender mi solicitud ni me dieron respuesta a mi pregunta. Pésimo servicio. Lástima que por el momento no pueda cambiar de compañía...
Posteriormente los visité nuevamente. Continúan con el pésimo servicio! Las señoras que atienden, no tienen la mínima idea de cómo atender a un cliente. Sigo en espera de que Telmex termine de cablear con fibra óptica para regresar con ellos.
Pésimo servicio de Megacable...
The girls treat very badly. They did not want to attend to my request nor did they give me an answer to my question. Terrible service. Too bad I can't change companies at the moment...
Later I visited them again. They continue with the lousy service! The ladies who serve have no idea how to serve a customer. I'm still waiting for Telmex to finish wiring with fiber optics to return with them.
Terrible service from Megacable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de atención a clientes y las cajeras pésimo servicio, te atienden de muy mala manera , te hacen caras y ni una pizca de amabilidad. Cuando tengan que ir a ese centro háganlo sabiendo que los van a tratar mal.... cualquiera que les atienda
The customer service staff and the cashiers are lousy, they treat you in a very bad way, they make faces at you and not a hint of kindness. When you have to go to that center, do it knowing that you are going to be treated badly.... whoever attends to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio que dan las cajeras; incluso la gerente, es pésima. Nos trataron como si nos estuvieran regalando el servicio, como si ellas fueran las dueñas de la empresa. Es horrible esa sucursal, no respetan los precios y paquetes que se nos ofrecen por teléfono. Para nada recomiendo ir a esta sucursal.
The service provided by the cashiers; even the manager is lousy. They treated us as if they were giving us the service, as if they were the owners of the company. That branch is horrible, they do not respect the prices and packages that are offered to us by phone. I do not recommend going to this branch at all.
